Glass manufacturer AGC Bor Glassworks has reported a net profit in the first half of 2010 of 123.273 million rubles (approximately US$4 million), while in the first half of 2009 it made a net loss of 362.299 rubles.
In addition, the glassmaker, which specialises in float glass and automotive and architectural glass, saw a 28.6% increase in sales revenues for the first half of 2010 compared with the same period of 2009.
The company reported that its loss on sales decreased by 14.87 times in comparison with the first semester of 2009, totalling 26.511 million rubles.
