Glaston is planning to initiate consultations with its staff on the possible need for lay-offs and job reductions at the company.

The consultations will cover all Glaston personnel in Finland.

The company anticipates that it will need to make approximately ten people redundant, in a time frame of less than 90 days.

The possible lay-offs would be implemented during autumn 2016 and spring 2017.

The planned measures may also result in changes to employment terms, working tasks and organisational structure.
