Guardian board names new Chairman

Guardian Industries has announced the appointment of Charles Croskey (pictured), an international executive with more than 40 years’ experience in the glass industry, as Chairman of the board of directors.

A board member since 2010, Mr Croskey has been with the company since 1970, most recently as group Vice President responsible for manufacturing, marketing and distribution operations throughout Asia, Africa and the Middle East.

Mr Croskey replaces Chairman Peter Walters, who completed two terms as board chair and remains a member of the board.
