The German Schrader Glasformenbau is a manufacturer of glass moulds for the container glass industry, and in recent years the turnover volume has ranged between €12m - €15m.
Due to structural reasons, Schrader is currently undergoing a process of corporate restructuring embedded in formal insolvency proceedings.
The aim of the insolvency administrator is to restructure Schrader both organisationally and financially in order to ensure a sustainable business continuation after insolvency.
A process of adapting the workforce to future market demands has already been completed.
In order to guarantee the best possible restart for Schrader, the insolvenc administrator is searching for a strategic investor as the new shareholder of the company.
