MBO Partenaires glistens with Rondot

With the support of MBO Partenaires, Carlo Mobayed, CEO and shareholder of consulting firm IS Engineering, is leading the takeover of Rondot, a designer, manufacturer and supplier of specialist parts and machinery for the container glassware industry.

Carlo Mobayed brings with him 25 years’ experience in the glass industry as he takes the reins from Louis Rondot, grandson of the founder.
