Asahi Glass Co is to enter Brazil’s construction and automotive glass markets with the construction of a production site worth a reported 40 billion yen in São Paulo.
The factory complex – the company’s first in Brazil – is scheduled to be built in 2013 and undergo expansion until 2016.
