Sisecam group company Anadolu Cam has won two design awards for its İBB Hamidiye Water Bottle (pictured) and Kemal Kükrer Chili Hot Sauce Bottle at the WorldStar 2015 competition.
Anadolu Cam was awarded in the beverages category with its İBB Hamidiye Water Bottle, designed by the Anadolu Cam Design Center. The company also received an award in the food category for its Kemal Kükrer Chili Hot Sauce Bottle.
Eda Yılmaz, Anadolu Cam Product Design Chief, accepted the awards on behalf of the company at the ceremony in Milan, Italy. The event was organised by the World Packaging Organisation.
The İBB Hamidiye Water Bottle design refers to the elegance of Istanbul. The neck of the bottle emphasises the fluidity of water, while the bottom features a 3D tulip pattern. The tulip pattern is reminiscent of the brand’s logo, which dates back to Ottoman times.
The Kemal Kükrer Chili Hot Sauce Bottle stands out with its red colour, slim and tall structure and exquisite shape, all highlighting chili peppers. It creates an expressive harmony between the bottle and the product inside it.
The bottle has a narrow head and a slim and tall neck to ensure controlled flow of its hot contents.
