Batch preheating system secures repeat order

A Sorg customer has decided to add the entire Batch3 programme to a second furnace nine months after implementing the first full scale bath preheating unit.

The repeat combination of the EME-Nend charger, IRD Doghouse, and Sorg batch preheater is a milestone for Sorg, confirming the Batch3 system on all points.

Following a three-year development program Sorg is ready to promote the technology to the glass industry.
