This course is developed by CelSian in cooperation with the NCNG (National Committee Netherlands Glass industry), and will take place from Monday, 9th June till Friday 13th June 2014 in Toledo, Ohio.
The course is open for the employees of the North and South American glass producing industry and related suppliers, and is intended for entrants in the glass industry or suppliers of the glass industry, young glass technologists and scientists or as extra education for practically experienced engineers in the glass industry to receive a more basic understanding of glass production.
The training course is hosted by Libbey Glass in Toledo and will cover many aspects of glass and glass production, from raw materials to formed product, including glass structure & properties and glass melting technology.
The teachers of the course have more than 20 years glass technology experience each. Since 1990, this course has been given to more than 900 employees from glass industries worldwide.
