Condat will be presenting a range of lubricants dedicated to the flat and container markets at glasstec 2018.

The industrial lubricant supplier will introduce swabbing mould compounds, products for tableware and boron free coolants.

Condat has produced a sulphur-free compound in order to increase life service of bronze moulds and improve glass bottle quality. CONDAGLASS 367 SF (Sulphur Free) grease meets the customer requirements and allows double the time usage of a brass mould.

For difficult bottle designs and engravings, high quality lubricants are requested. CONDAGLASS TW 180 is an anti-check compound that eliminates the defects on the bottle and ensures the perfect lubrication of engravings.

The tableware lubricant range covers the hot end process, from shear spray to swabbing moulds compounds and maintenance lubricants. It reduces article defects and increases productivity. It provides a superior, clean finish and consistent quality of production. Free from regenerated oils, the range complies with the most recent HSE requirements to limit operator exposure.

Condat offers the user-friendly CONDAGLASS FA. The coolant satisfies the increasing demand for boron free products in flat glass industry. Without mineral oil, it is free from hazardous molecules (such as DEA, nitrides and formaldehyde-releasing bactericides). It is not classified as irritating or sensitising. Its high lubrication ensures quality grinding and quick removal of fine particles. It also avoids burns and black marks, which results in a regular and clean surface. CONDAGLASS FA combines both productivity and quality constraints with a HSE friendly environment for workers.

Condat will be exhibiting at stand G13, Hall 14 at glasstec.
