The Guardian Industries board of Directors has named general counsel David Jaffe a Vice President of the corporation. Mr Jaffe also holds the position of Secretary.??Mr Jaffe joined Guardian in 1990 as Assistant General counsel. In 1996, he moved to Luxembourg to start the Guardian legal department’s European branch. He returned to the USA in 2000 and led the corporate and international legal work. He was named general counsel of Guardian in July 2007. In 2010, he was named Environmental Officer, overseeing environmental matters across the company.
