Furnace Solutions centenary event

This year is the centenary year of the UK’s Society of Glass Technology, and as part of the week long conference event in September a one-off Furnace Solutions Centenary event will be held on the 8th September.

The event, held alongside the SGT Centenary events in Sheffield, will be held on the day following the Glass Trend and Conference Dinner.

Guest speakers include Richard Hulme of Guardian Glass; John Naughton, Allied Glass; Denis Petit-Maire, St. Gobain Glass; Nick Shore, NSG; Peter West, Ardagh Glass; and Alistair Wallace, British Glass.

Also speaking at the event are previous winners of the Garvey Award for best conference papers at previous Furnace Solutions events, Trevor Wilson of DSF, Erik Muijsenberg of Glass Service, and Joaquin de Diego of Praxair.

The cost of Attendance is £160, or £100 for SGT Members.
