futronic has intensified the cooperation with its partner Forma Glas. The machine constructor, situated in Neukirchen in Upper Austria, has ordered a filling machine and press controllers for two production lines.
One control system each will be supplied for one blowing machine with 32-sections and one 12/2 – double press for die goblet production. A further control system will set the tone in a 32-section blowing machine for cup production.
Both systems will be for a Czech tableware producer that produces crystal glass.
futronic will be responsible for the entire hardware planning, software engineering, installation and commissioning on site. The control systems will be delivered to Forma Glas at the end of May and commissioning at the final customer is planned for autumn this year.
In 2013 futronic, on behalf of Forma Glas, developed one control system each for the blowing machine and press for the goblet production of the same customer, constructed on site and commissioned. The system operated without any errors since then and the customer is satisfied.
