The Glass Manufacturing Industry Council (GMIC) has appointed Stanley Rutkowski as its President.
Mr Rutkowski, Senior Applications Engineer at Roman Manufacturing, will serve as President for the duration of 2025.
He said: “I look forward to the endeavours of the organisation, and our continuing participation in the greater glass industry over the year.”
Mr Rutkowski aims to advance initiatives such as the Department of Energy grant, and looks forward to hosting the Glass Problems Conference in Toledo, Ohio, this October.
Roman Manufacturing supplies water-cooled, high-current, low-voltage power sources for use in industries such as glass, furnaces and welding.
It also provides technical support and engineering services.
