Glass Service has a new electron microprobe.
Due to the increased demand from the marketplace to deliver the higher glass quality and to minimise the glass defect rejects, the Czech-based organisation has seen an increase in defect analyses.
It has installed a second Electron Microprobe that allows staff to study solid defects, such as stones, cords and knots with the highest degree of accuracy.
The company said: “The addition of this machine and expanding our high level trained laboratory team, we are ready to serve our customers with a very good response time to minimise the timing of their requests.”
