Glassrobots, a manufacturer of safety glass processing technology, has strengthened its ownership base with a newly appointed management team. Pekka Hakanen, Anders Holmqvist, Pasi Jokinen, Juha Karisola and Eero Sipilä have acquired company shares from venture capitalist Eqvitec Partners.

The management team is formed of old and new owners, each with their own area of responsibility. Mr Karisola will succeed Jouko Vähä-Antila as Managing Director.
