Delegates from WE Soda and Pneumofore will discuss how to make glass manufacturing more sustainable at an industry conference.
The Glassman Europe trade show and conference in Istanbul, Turkiye, will take place on May 14 and 15.
The conference is focused on solutions for efficient glass manufacturing and includes 15 speakers from the industry.
Confirmed speakers include Will Chaplin, Product and Sustainability Manager at WE Soda, and Daniel Hilfiker, President of Pneumofore.
Mr Chaplin will discuss how natural soda ash can contribute to glass manufacturers’ sustainability goals.
Mr Hilfiker will highlight how energy-efficient IS Machine equipment can reduce CO2 emissions and optimise energy consumption.
Other speakers at the free-to-attend event include Sefpro, Glass Futures, Fives and Iris Inspection Machines.
The event will be held at İstanbul Lütfi Kırdar the (ICEC) Centre, in the Upper Rumeli Halls.
