The Dualflame Advanced Control burner works with an inner and an outer nozzle. The burner has two adjustment possibilities: Position of the inner nozzle and gas quantity of the inner and outer nozzle.
A hand wheel at the rear of the burner can control the inner nozzle. Thus, the flame can be shaped from soft and wide to sharp and strong.
In addition, the burner has automatic control of the gas quantity towards the inner and outer nozzle. Therefore gas control valves for each nozzle are installed in the utility equipment. This enables the furnace operator to adjust the flame length automatically in the control room, without manual adjustment.
Another feature is the uniform adjustment of two or more burners on each burner port, as the gas quantity for the inner and outer nozzle is measured and controlled by the gas valve to each nozzle. This results in identical firing conditions in each firing period for both the left and right burner ports.
