Pyro-Contrôle has developed a range of power controllers, along with associated services, for the glass melting process.
Thyritop 20, 30 and 40 are designed to cover all load control requirements, from 25 to 2900A. They can be used for resistive or inductive loads and on single or three-phase networks from 230 to 660V, with two or three-phase control.
The controllers are equipped with: I2, U2 and P2 control functions; I, U and P limitation; three ‘measurement copy’ outputs; dynamic synchronisation; load fall detection; diagnostics; and alarms. For remote programming and supervision, they can communicate via a Modbus or Profibus network.
Pyro-Contrôle is offering the following services alongside its Thyritop products: Technical guidance; hotline for start-up assistance; installation commissioning on-site; staff training; and after-sales support.
