RHI buys extra shares in Indian refractories group

RHI has acquired an additional 26% share of Orient Refractories Ltd (ORL), India, through a public offer.

The group had bought 43.6% of the share of Orient in early March.

The additional 25% means RHi now holds 69.6% of the voting rights of ORI. RHI spent €50 million on the 69.6% stake.
