DSF Refractories & Minerals has promoted Sarah Wells to Key Account Executive.

Her role will see her maintain commercial responsibility for DSF’s glass customers in North America and to ensure that DSF provides the highest level of service to one of the company’s key markets.

Sarah has worked at DSF for more than 20 years and originally worked in the sales office as sales and exhibitions coordinator.

As part of her responsibilities she will continue to organise and attend exhibitions and conferences, as well as travel to customers oi the USA.

She said: “The role is going really well so far. I enjoy meeting people, people that know me know that I talk a lot. I’m bubbly and I enjoy getting the best out of people by building a rapport with them.

“I’m looking forward to traveling to companies and meeting people that you don’t see at exhibitions and who don’t often travel.”
