Schott completes flat glass sale to SSW advanced technologies

Schott has completed the sale of its flat glass operations in North America.

Schott Gemtron specialises in the production and sale of flat glass products mainly for the home appliance industry in North America.

Alongside its JV partner, AGC Flat Glass North America, the two organisations have agreed to sell all shares to SSW Advanced Technologies, a portfolio company of Trive Capital.
