Sisecam’s Pasabahce unit, which makes tableware and home furnishings, has ended talks to acquire shares in Arc International.
The Pasabahce unit had previously signed a non-disclosure agreement with regards to the non-binding talks held between the two companies.
These talks have been concluded with no offer, according to a filing by Sisecam in the Istanbul Stock Exchange.
