Stölzle’s House of Haig Whisky bottle has been nominated for the German Packaging Awards & UK Luxury Packaging Awards.

The cobalt blue bottle has a challenging decanter design, and is produced in Stölzle’s UK production site.

The Whisky itself is manufactured in cooperation with the premium drinks company Diageo, at Cameronbridge Distillery - the oldest grain distillery in Scotland.

The bottle has been shortlisted both in the German Packaging Awards and the UK Luxury Packaging Awards, in the category Drinks.

The jury’s decision was predominantly based on the technically perfect glass quality.

Blowing this kind of deep blue glass in fully automatic production is known to be challenging, however Stölzle has managed to achieve a beautiful homogenous finish.

The UK plant in Yorkshire mainly produces prestige spirits bottles and high quality containers for the perfumery and personal care markets.

The House of Haig Whiskey was endorsed by David Beckham, in a popular marketing campaign.
