Sejal Architectural Glass has announced that operations at its newly set-up float glass manufacturing plant at Jhagadia in the state of Gujurat, India, have been suspended temporarily, on account of ‘teething issues’ in the initial stage of production.
The technical team of Fives Stein, which supplied hot end equipment to the plant, along with Sejal’s technical team, have been working on the problem and production activities were expected to resume within a week or 10 days at the time of going to press.
Sejal Architectural Glass said it would release an official statement upon resumption of operations at the plant.
