Vertech’ to launch the 2015 version of its plant performance management system at glasstec, Düsseldorf.
The SIL system is designed to improve plant efficiency through production monitoring from IS machines to palletisers, quality controls management, mould sets management, pallet audit, pallet resorting and raw materials management.
The global system has been improved with a smart dashboard displaying ‘at-a-glance’ main Key Performance Indicators to decision makers, who now receive notifications in real time about upcoming production events.
SIL Dashboard is designed to clearly inform about plant efficiency in real time, with direct access to detailed information in values, percentage, tons, and graphs.
The SIL Dashboard is customisable, secure and available anytime on any PC, laptop, tablet or smartphone.
The system also offers the possibility to justify all equipment downtime, in order to clearly identify the causes of downtime and follow up the efficiency rate of any piece of production equipment in the plant.
New SIL developments are compatible with all glass process such as the press and blow process, press ware, tubing / drawn glass, and decoration lines.
The SIL2015 plant performance solution is now able to address food and beverages, perfumes, cosmetics, and pharmaceutics industries with one main goal: Improving plant efficiency.
