Ardagh Chief Executive Ian Curley, has resigned and will leave at the end of the year.
Current Executive Chairman, Paul Coulson, will become Chairman and Chief Executive.
Ardagh has appointed Johan Gorter as Chief Executive of its global glass business.
Johan, who currently heads up the European glass business and is a director of Ardagh, has been with Ardagh for more than 10 ten years.
“Johan has played a key role in the successful development of our glass business in Europe,” said Ardagh.
