GTS to present VR factory at glasstec

  

Glass Technology Services (GTS) will present its Virtual Reality (VR) factory at glasstec in Düsseldorf, Germany.

The independent research lab and consultancy will introduce developments such as VR container glass forming, cutting edge-research, energy-saving batch reformulation and an expanded service and capability offering for its clients throughout the global glass supply chain.

Delegates can use the VR equipment to step into an immersive container glass plant with the VRMT Virtual Reality IS (VIS) machine platform. Guests can learn about the latest in cutting-edge glass research, the extended capabilities and support offered by GTS and how it provides global technical support to glass manufacturers on a daily basis.

The GTS laboratories will support the global glass supply chain, including the batch house and furnace, with routine analysis, quality assessment, product verification, development and troubleshooting. It will help clients to develop a new glass composition, rapidly troubleshoot defects and other production issues and with routine verification and testing. 

GTS will be exhibiting at booth F64, hall 14 at glasstec in Düsseldorf, Germany.
