Viprotron will present its scanners at glasstec in Düsseldorf, Germany.
The glass inspection company will introduce the Anisotropy Scanner 2.0. This scanner will provide an actual measurement and evaluation for Anisotropy (Iridescence) effects.
Viprotron will also introduce the ECO Quality Scanner, which is an invest value conscious entry to begin automated glass quality scanning in factories. This device aims to meets client’s needs with its ROI price, easy integration, start up and performance balance.
The Haze Scanner will provide quality control for toughening (tempering/heat treating). This device allows producers to identify excess ceramic roller contact in a concentrated area of the glass that leads to the incidence of white haze (roller abrasions/micro-scratching). The scanner can help clients to eliminate the problem before it becomes a greater issue.
Viprotron’s final product includes the 3D Quality Scanner. It provides three light detection channels to allow clients to identify anything that may cause a reject and offers a consistent level of quality.
