Vitro Architectural Glass to launch jumbo coated glass

Vitro Architectural Glass prepares to introduce Coater 7, a jumbo glass coater.

The North American glass producer will present the glass coating technology at an open-house event on August 16^th at Wichita Falls Glass Plant in Texas.

Vitro’s new magnetron sputtered vacuum deposition (MSVD) coater will enable the company to produce larger coated glass sizes. It will also facilitate accelerated development of future coatings and create new platforms and paradigms for glass coating innovation.

This new technology enables architects to design more ambitiously; glass fabricators to better fulfil demands and buildings to operate more sustainably

The event will take place from 9.30am to 1pm.
