Zoujaj Glass will set up a sixth line for glass container production at its facility in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The Saudi Arabian glass manufacturer won approval from its board of directors to add another glass production line.
This will increase its plant’s annual capacity by approximately 25,000 MT.
Zoujaj has a 100% investment in the National Factory for Glass Bottles (NFGB), in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The NFGB has two modern furnaces and five advanced production lines.
The lines are equipped with three 10 section triple gob machines and two double gob machines from glass technology suppliers Emhart and Bottero.
Currently, the plant can produce approximately 123,000 MT of glass containers per annum.
Zoujaj specialises in production of glass bottles and jars, float glass, and patterned glass.
Additionally, the company owns a stake in Saudi Guardian International Float Glass Company, and in Saudi National Lamps & Electrical Company.
