The German Society of Glass Technology (DGG) has issued a call for papers for its 99th Glass-Technology Conference.
The event will take place 2–3 June 2026 at the Congress Centrum Würzburg, Germany.
It serves as a forum for professionals in the glass science and technology community.
It also provides a platform to share research, discuss industry developments, and drive advancement in the glass industry.
The conference will be held over two-days (Tuesday and Wednesday).
On Monday, 1 June, the DGG and HVG general meetings will take place.
This will be followed by a tour at the Fraunhofer Institute for Silicate Research (ISC), and a welcome evening for students.
The submission deadline for abstracts is 19 December 2025.

- Session 6: Recycling, Raw Materials & Sustainable Glass Production
- Session 7: Glass Forming, Processing, Automation & Additive Manufacturing
Please note: all contributions must be submitted in English this year.
