Oaktree Capital Management (USA) has secured a 60% stake in Indian glass packaging company Cogent Glass.
The acquisition cost the company INR 2bn (US$34.39m, €25.95m), and a deal has been agreed with French glass packaging company SGD for marketing, technology sharing, and management support.
