The 20th anniversary edition of Mir Stekla glassmaking exhibition and conference takes place next week.
The International Exhibition of Glass Products, Technology and Equipment for Manufacturing and Processing glass is held between May 28 – 31 in Pavilion 2 (halls 1, 2) of the Expocentre Fairgrounds in Moscow, Russia.
The exhibition is organised by JSC Expocenter with the support of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, under the patronage of Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation.
This year, the exhibition area of 11 000m2 will present 189 companies from 19 countries: Austria, Belgium, UK, Hungary, Germany, Israel, Spain, Italy, China, the Netherlands, Belarus, Russia, USA, Ukraine, Finland, France, Croatia, the Czech Republic and Switzerland.
This year about 20 new companies will debut, for many of them the exhibition will open the way to the Russian market.
Among the participants are international suppliers such as Glaston, TIAMA, Grenzebach Maschinenbau, Hegla, Bystronic, Heye International, Horn Glass Industries, Bucher Emhart Glass, Bottero, BDF Industries, Pneumofore, Mountain Glass, Landglass Technology, Lahti Precision, Sklostroj Turnov, Saint-Gobain Sefpro, Omco Croatia, Motim Kadko, Stara Glass, Hartmann & Bender and Henry F. Teichmann, Inc.
The exposition introduces the latest know-how on the manufacture of glass, modern machines, equipment and tools for the production of glass products.
A conference titled Translucent structures, Windows and Facades takes place within the framework of the exhibition.
The 16th Forum of Directors of Small and Medium company’s and the 2nd All-Russian Conference ‘The World of Glass-2018’ also comprise the business programme of the event.
The exhibition runs from 10.00 to 18.00 hours and on May 31 from 10.00 to 16.00. The official opening will take place on May 28 at 12.00, Pavilion No. 2 (room 2).
