Arc France celebrates Recovery Thursday with dignitary visit at glass plant

Arc France received a visit yesterday as part of the Thursdays of the Recovery.

The tableware glass manufacturer based in Arques France welcomed the Prefect of the Pas-de-Calais Louis Le Franc, alongside Guillaume Thirard, sub-prefect of the district of Saint-Omer yesterday (Thursday July 8).

It was an opportunity for Arc to look back on several highlights of recent months: the recruitment of 225 people on permanent contracts at the beginning of the year; the apld (Long-Term Partial Activity Agreement) scheme; the hiring of young graduates former scholarship holders looking for a job, supported by the "1 young, 1 solution" scheme, in which Arc has been engaged for many months.

They also reflected on the process of transformation and modernization, made possible thanks to the loans granted by the State and local authorities in the summer of 2020.

The guests then visited the L oven, where high-end walking glasses such as those from the Chef&Sommelier collections are mainly made.
