Ardagh is to move its US headquarters to the town of Fishers from its current office in Muncie.
While the date has not yet been finalised, the Muncie office will close no later than the end of the year, Ardagh.
Ardagh Group employs more than 200 people at its South Macedonia Avenue offices in Muncie.
"With a few exceptions under consideration for relocation to our Marion facility, the remainder of our Muncie employees will be based out of the new Fishers office," Ardagh added.
Its glass manufacturing plants in Dunkirk and Winchester or the company's facility in Marion are not affected by the change.
Ardagh Group employs about 1,100 people in Indiana, USA.
The company's Muncie operation is office-based, with no manufacturing element.
