British Glass will attend Futurebuild 2019 on 5-7th March at ExCel London, UK.

The representative body for the UK glass industry received an invitation from the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS).

Over 26,000 professionals are expected to attend the event.

British Glass will exhibit in the ‘Innovation Zone’ alongside Glass Technology Services (GTS) to showcase the work and expertise of both companies in grant-funded projects, as well as discussing recent innovations in the construction sector.

The ‘Innovation Zone’ will aim to inspire and educate attendees on the government’s clean growth initiatives. It will also provide companies with knowledge on how to access funding and support from BEIS and Innovate UK.

The event will include several show areas and seminars on a wide range of topics, including: energy, materials, waste and the circular economy and urban infrastructure.

Representatives from FISSAC (Fostering Industrial Symbiosis for a Sustainable Resource Intensive Industry across the extended Construction Value Chain) and Glass Futures will also be attending the event alongside British Glass and GTS.

Any visitors to the event with an idea they would like to fund should visit the companies at Stand B112.
