Glaston Corporation and Hegla have terminated their co-operation agreement due to changes in each company's competitive positions.

The agreement began in 2012 between Bystronic Lenhardt, Conzzeta, Hegla, and Lewag Holding, will end by the end of the year. Glaston recently acquired Bystronic for €68 million.

They companies said the co-operation has had limited commercial value and the end of the agreement was made in mutual understanding.
