The CEO of Bohle AG, Dr. Heinrich Ostendarp, will resign from his position as CEO of Bohle AG effective 31 March 2015.

The company’s Chief Operating Officer, Arne Kloefkorn, will take over his duties as the sole Director until a decision has been made regarding Dr. Ostendarp’s successor.

Dr. Ostendarp (pictured) was appointed to the Board of Directors of Bohle in 2006.

Under his leadership, Bohle has succeeded in strengthening its position as an international partner to the glass industry.

The challenge is now to market the product line even more successfully on a global basis.

The Supervisory Board would like to thank Dr. Ostendarp for his strong contribution to the company’s successful development over the past nine years.

Dr. Ostendarp will continue to advise the company on further developing new business and products through the end of 2015.
