Abstracts for the Glassman Asia conference papers are now online.
The 300-word abstracts provide a synopsis of each paper to be delivered at the event which takes place in Jakarta, Indonesia on January 30.
Conference presentations cover a diverse range of the manufacturing process, and include subjects such as furnaces, energy savings and faster forming processes.
Speakers are from Fives Stein, Eurotherm by Schneider Electric, Pneumofore, Dürr Clean Technology Systems, AGC Ceramics, Pyrotek and Paneratech.
The conference chairman is industry veteran Volker Haeusler (pictured), who has worked in a variety of glass processes such as TV glass, flat glass and pharmaceutical glass.
He now runs his own consultancy, VHMC, which provides advice to financial institutions investing in the glass industry and to glass manufacturers who wish to optimise their production efficiency.
The Glassman Asia event takes place at the JI Expo Centre, Jakarta, Indonesia, between January 30 and 31.
