The Cornwall Glass & Glazing Group has extended its network with the recent acquisition of OpalEtch, a decorative glass company.
OpalEtch designs are etched into the glass by acid, and using this process gives the glass a greater variety of detailed patterns along with varying transparency levels and diffusion of light.
Cornwall Glass & Glazing is a manufacturer and distributor of double and triple glazed sealed units, toughened glass and supplier of an extensive range of glass items such as splashbacks and glass shelving through to mirrors and various other glazing products.
The decorative glass, which uses specialist processing techniques and designs, is now manufactured at the groups Highbridge branch, M5 Glass Centre, in Somerset.
