The Dura Temp Corporation has appointed Wesley Weaver as President and Tyler Gears as Vice President, Finance and Operations.
The company said the promotions are part of its ongoing strategy to strengthen its leadership team, while expanding its product offerings and new innovations across all areas of the business.
Mr Weaver started at the company in 2008, and prior to his new position, served as Vice President of Sales and Technology.
Dura Temp said he played a key role in the development of new products and processes along with providing continued leadership.
Mr Weaver said: “It’s an honour to take on this role; we have an incredible team at Dura Temp.
“Their work has supported the glass industry for decades with designs and products trusted in over fifty countries.
“Their dedication shows in every part we make, in the way they solve problems, improve designs, and support customers, one project at a time.”
Mr Gears started at the company in 2015, and was most recently the Director of Operations/Controller.
He will now be taking on additional leadership responsibilities to ensure the continued growth and success of the company.

“I am looking forward to leading my colleagues, taking on new challenges, continuing to expand my knowledge and contributing to our team’s success in this next chapter.”
