The troubled Duralex tableware glassworks in France has received three takeover offers.
The Orléans commercial court received three offers to take over the tableware glass factory, based in La Chapelle-Saint-Mesmin, France.
Candidates were given a deadline of January 31 to inform the court of their takeover intentions.
The court will consider the applications on January 22.
The company of 248 employees is famous for its tempered glass tableware and was placed in receivership in September.
