The European Container Glass Industry Federation (FEVE) has appointed Max Kemp as its Senior Manager for Energy Policy.

Mr Kemp joins FEVE at an important time, as the European container glass industry increases its commitment to decarbonising production technologies and securing access to green energy at competitive prices.

Adeline Farrelly, Secretary General of FEVE, said: "We are thrilled to welcome Max to our team. His expertise and experience will be crucial as we advance our industry’s energy agenda."

Mr Kemp will lead a new workstream within FEVE, aimed at bringing the industry’s voice to energy policy discussions at the EU level.

He brings to FEVE a strong background in EU policy, particularly in climate and energy regulation.

His previous roles include the European Federation of Local Energy Companies (CEDEC) and Milieu Law & Policy Consulting.

This expertise will be invaluable as he leads FEVE’s efforts to navigate the complex energy landscape.
