A total of four more companies have been added to the Glassman Latin America conference line up.
BDF, Sheppee, Fives and VDV Lubricants are among those to confim their participation at the free to attend conference.
It brings the total number of speakers at the event in Mexico to 14.
The keynote speaker for Trends in Glassmaking is Hector Garcia from Gerresheimer. Other speakers include Marguerite Morrin from IHS Market, Juan S. Farias from FAMA, Fernando Jauregui and William Meza from Pyrotek, Benjamin Köster from Hotwork International, Rüdiger Nebel from Sorg and Andy Reynolds from Fives Stein.
This conference will be held in the morning. International speakers will discuss the major issues they face when achieving sustainable primary glass manufacturing.
The keynote speaker for the Future Glass Forum is Gabriel Noboa from Glass Service in the Americas. Other speakers include Job Van De Laar from Xpar Vision, Fabio Galliano from Bottero and Jean Luc Logel from Iris Inspection Machines.
This conference will be held in the afternoon. Speakers will highlight the issues surrounding Industry 4.0, ‘smart manufacturing’ and creating a ‘smart factory’, including perspectives on Glass Manufacturing and Digitalisation. It will be relevant to both flat and hollow glass production, as well as business models, IT, infrastructure, energy efficiencies, plant safety and security.
Both conferences will take place at Expo Guadalajara, Guadalajara, Mexico on 21-22 March 2018.
