In recent weeks, the outbreak of the Novel Coronavirus has continued to spread globally. The numbers of those affected in South Korea has also grown.

As an organiser, we have been monitoring the situation very carefully alongside our local contacts in Seoul.

Whilst the venue has ensured us that all preventative measures possible are in place to ensure a safe event, based upon feedback from the Korean and regional market, as well as exhibitors, the difficult decision has been made to postpone the event.

The new dates will be June 15-16, 2020. Between now and then, it is our hope the spread of the Coronavirus will cease, those infected shall recover and economic output in the region shall strengthen.

On behalf of the Glassman team, we would like to sincerely apologise for any inconvenience. This decision has not been taken lightly but has been done so to ensure we can give every visitor a safe and successful business platform.

Should you have flights or accommodation booked as part of your trip to the event, we would recommend that you speak to your own travel insurance providers immediately if looking to make a claim.

We will work tirelessly to ensure that the event held in June shall be the most successful Glassman Asia event yet.

Our team will be in touch to update you in due course.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
