Operations at Tamglass Glass Processing, a subsidiary of Glaston Corporation, will cease in Akaa, Finland, according to reports, with all 15 employees being made redundant.
The Akaa factory has manufactured mirrors for solar energy production as a service activity on behalf of one customer. A company statement confirmed that the cessation of operations does not affect Glaston Corporation’s manufacturing and development of products for solar energy glass.
