Egbert Wenninger has assumed leadership of Grenzebach’s Hamlar site, in Germany, as well as its Glass Business Unit.
Mr Wenninger, who has over 20 years of experience at Grenzebach, assumed responsibility for both areas on August 1st, 2025.
He brings an extensive market knowledge and a deep understanding of Grenzebach’s portfolio.
He plans to further develop both the Hamlar location and the glass business in collaboration with Grenzebach’s global team.
Markus Gruber, the previous head of the Glass Business Unit, has left the company as of August 1, 2025, at his own request.
The Grenzebach Group thanked him for his dedication and successful collaboration.
As part of this realignment, Florian Nagler, who has also been with Grenzebach for around 20 years, will now serve as Deputy Head of Business Unit Glass.
