Lizmontagens Thermal Technologies (Group LTT) has acquired Italy's Stara Glass.
LTT said Stara Glass brings expertise in glass furnace engineering, supported by experienced teams and a strong track record.
LTT said: "Together, the combined strengths enhance LTT’s ability to support customers across the full project lifecycle—from engineering to execution—particularly in critical activities such as rebuilds, major shutdowns, urgent interventions, and complex furnace projects.
"The addition of Stara strengthens LTT’s technical depth, increases capacity during peak demand, and creates new opportunities for collaboration and knowledge-sharing across the group."
