Saudi Guardian International Float Glass (Gulf Guard) plans to set up a SAR 806 million ($215 million) plant to produce flat and insulating glass, parent company Zoujaj said.

The company will begin to study the feasibility of the plant after earning approval from its board.

The new facility will be located in Jubail, Saudi Arabia and will have a daily production capacity of 750 tons.

Gulf Guard is a majority-owned subsidiary of glass manufacturer National Company for Glass Industries (Zoujaj).
